About The Fender Stratocaster Guitar

When it comes to choosing the guitar that I would use in recording, performing or just anywhere, I choose it with the utmost attention to the following details: tonal quality, wood, bridge intonation, pickups, and the shape of the guitar and its weight. I want a guitar that has a flexible tone, something that could suit the blues, rock and roll and other genre. I also want a guitar that uses alder or any middle type, not - so- heavy - not - so - light type of wood. Also I make sure that the action and the intonation is just right. However, this thing right here varies and mostly depends on the way you configure the guitar. I want a nice vintage guitar shape and look. This is the reason why I favor the Fender Stratocaster the most. And not just me, that includes the millions of Strat owners all over the world. Whether you are a pro guitar player or just an ordinary dude who plays guitar, you would love it.
It is probably the guitar which every guitar player should have. The most flexible and playable guitar in the history of the planet. Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughn and Eric Clapton are just three of the thousand legendary guitar players who could testify to the versatility and the satisfaction that they had when they used it. The Fender Stratocaster is perhaps the most all - rounder type of guitar. You could virtually play it with any genre that you want to. And it's not just me speaking for it, even the guitar aficionados all over the globe says so.
Anyway, let's dig in a little bit and learn its history briefly. It was supposed to be the improvement for the Telecaster. There was this one time that Leo Fender was asking its users about which factor should be improved in the Telecaster. Lots of people responded that it should have three single coil pickups; it should remodel its body to be more streamlined or sexier than usual. They wanted it to be a bit larger. However, there are some people who suggested that instead of upgrading the Telecaster, they think Leo Fender should make another guitar, with all the Telecaster improvements. Thus, the creation of the world's most popular guitar model, the Fender Stratocaster. No one would have thought that it would be that popular but up to this date, it still holds the title.
You can play it with blues music, rock and roll, Rhythm and Blues, Jazz, Grunge, metal, hardcore, reggae, and the list goes on and on. It is also the first guitar to have a five - way pickup selector. It enables you to have 5 pickup combination's which entitle you to more tones. This is where the flexibility and versatility happens. The three single coil pick up is also the reason for the unique and varying tonal quality which you could only find in the Fender Stratocaster. Many have imitated it but there can be only one.
